We are looking for new members to join our team who will provide customer support. In joining our Málaga office, your job would entail communicating with our clients’ customers via phone and email. All the details are project-dependent, and we’ll be glad to have an opportunity to talk to you about everything we can offer.
We are offering you a job that would involve providing customer support via phone and email; making sales is not part of the job. You would help customers with questions related to TV, internet or fixed telephony. Customer inquiries could be related to any part of the business, such as available tariffs, received invoices, technical support, administration, etc.
We will provide you with training that will prepare you for any kind of customer inquiry. If you have any questions you need help with, your colleagues will be able to assist you. We embrace team spirit and provide all our customer service representatives with training and knowledge bases that help them in their job.
